Today is my first visit with Mint Dentistry. From the time I walked in the door, being greeted by Ms. Lillian, to the Dr. and hygienists; everyone was very polite and professional and knowledgeable about their job. The wait time was very minimal and everything was explained thoroughly. This will be my new dentist going forward. More

Although I will never heard about this company before until acquiring dental insurance through my employer, I’m so glad that I found out about them. This location was amazing in terms of ambience, staff, and the actual dental work. The office itself is very chic, trendy, and relaxing. As for the staff they provided excellent customer service from beginning to end. Not to mention, the actual dentist was very personable, informative, and transparent. As opposed to lecturing me they made sure to educate me in a sincere fashion every step of the way while providing me the highest levels of dental care. 10/10 Highly recommend. More

I’m obsessed! The environment when walking into Mint Dentistry was so cute and the customer service made me feel so comfortable and way less nervous. When I sat down for my cleaning, they asked me if I wanted to play music on a TV or watch anything on Netflix which was such a nice touch. The chairs even heat up and massage you while you’re getting your work done! The cleaning took about 30 minutes total and did not cause me any pain at all. My dental hygienist was so kind and gentle. From start to finish, a phenomenal experience. More

At 1st I was worried about coming here cause the bad reviews. However I love my experience here. Soon as I walked in I was greeted, offered water, free chapstick, sunglass, and it was very clean. When I was in the back the dental assistant was so nice and funny. She turned on Netflix for me and the massage chair. Felt more like going to a salon than a dentist office. So this place I am going to for sure tell people about. More

Mint is incredible! From the moment you walk in, you are warmly welcomed. They offered us water and lead us through the check in process. My 6yo and I had appointments one after the other. The entire staff was so kind, patient, and encouraging to him. They put on a movie for him while they did his dental work. He has sensory processing issues and were very flexible to find ways to help him through the process. The chairs also give a massage so that helped him feel comfortable. I was also satisfied by the overall experience. The only reason I took off one star was for the timing of our appointments. I have a feeling it was just a busy evening for the office, but we were there from 245-6 pm. And all we had done were xrays, pictures, deep cleaning and I got my permanent retainers out... which took maybe 15 minutes. I will definitely be returning! I’m super thankful for Jasmine, Alana and Olivia who all helped us as well as the lovely ladies at the front desk. The doctor was very good at explaining everything in detail and reassuring us that all will be well. Overall an incredible experience! Also, my husband had two fillings when they went with our daughter and he said it was the most pleasant filling experience he had ever had. More

On top of having great interpersonal skills, the doctor, hygienists, assistants, all have amazing work ethics and preform expertly while also taking into consideration and holding at high priority, your comfort level. And above all, they genuinely care. As for the facility itself, it's not your typical dentist office. You dont feel so much that you're sitting in a bland, emotionless doctor's office. The lobby accommodates with free tablets to use, magazines, comfortable furniture, free sunglasses to protect from the lights/splashing water, they even offer free bottled water. The 'office' where you're seated for your procedure is always clean and inviting. They provide you with headphones to listen to music and watch movies (headphones not required) and will even put on youtube if you'd rather. I definitely recommend MINT to anyone, especially those who may fear going to the dentist. MINT is definitely 100% a whole new experience that is far better than any I've had in the past. More

I arrived late expecting to wait for an opening or to be rescheduled. Didn't happen. Receptionist was kind and friendly. Checked me in, etc. Within a matter of minutes, I was escorted to the back. Informed of the procedure I would be receiving. Afterwards, I was given instructions and escorted out. I felt appreciated which is rare. Thanks Mint Dentistry 🍃🍃 More

Wow this place is awesome it is so clean. The doctor is excellent she explains everything before she begins the work. The employees and the hygienist are great so kind and respectful. The explain everything no hidden cost with them and the price is reasonable too. No judgement whatsoever they will tell you this is the 1st step in the right direction. The music and the massaging chair is the added bonus. I wish I had found this place long time ago but I did never is too late I recommend 100% More

Wow. Just amazing!! I had to get an emergency extraction of my wisdom tooth because it was cracked. Literally the most painful experience since child labor, so I NEEDED it to come out ASAP. I was able to schedule my appointment at the Woodlands location. I was warmly welcomed when I checked in from the amazing receptionists. My xrays went smoothly, I was able to watch Sister Sister on Netflix lol, and I can’t even begin with how amazing Dr. Hernandez was! I didn’t feel a thing, not even the numbing shots. 10/10 experience! More

I happened to hear and pass by this office when getting off of work and at first I was hesitant because I thought it was just one of those “name brand” type of places and that was it. Still shows to not judge a book by its cover because I had a great time, AT THE DENTIST. Not only were the staff very friendly they were genuine and actually held a conversation with me and not once did I feel like that typical “new patient.” Thank you Dr Hernandez, Katy, Kaley, Lily and Taylor for making this visit a great one! Lily in the front office is phenomenal and very friendly. She worked diligently with my insurance to ensure I received the best payment plan... also Doctor Hernandez was fast and extremely reassuring. I was in and out. My tooth extraction was pain free and took no longer than 2 minutes for the procedure.. they’re not just on the radio.. they’re people people. More

LOVE this place! My first visit and I’m extremely satisfied. I was super scared (don’t like the dentist) but the entire staff helped to calm me down. They let you watch Netflix on a tv while your sitting in the treatment chair. And the chair heats up and massages you too!! Dr Hernandez attended me today and she was very sweet and made sure I wasn’t nervous the whole time. Such a difference from my previous dentist. Thank you MINT!!! :) More
